Partner Portal is a secure Extranet platform for communication and collaboration with Construction Partners, Departments and Industry for projects delivered for Major Road Projects Victoria. Three key areas of functionality to assist in project delivery will be delivered from Partner Portal:
- Design Departures (submit a request to depart from a design standard)
- ecologiQ (incorporating news, chat, supplier map and material usage data)
- Submit my Report (incorporating PDA, SVI and Sustainability reporting)
As time passes, more features to streamline exchange of information will be added to Partner Portal.
Create an account
- Select 'Sign in/Sign up'
- Select 'Contractor/Partner'
- Below the Sign in button, click 'Sign/up now' next to 'Don't have an account'?
- Use your work email address so that the system can match you up with the correct Account. Once you have verified your email address and phone number, via the Profile menu, use the 'Manage Access' menu, then select 'New Access Request'. On this form, submit a request for each project you need access for and select the functions you need access to.
- The Primary contact from your organisation will need to approve your request from their Profile menu from Partner Portal. This will ensure that the authorised staff member from each company is submitting monthly performance data as well as Design Departures.
